1 ) After sending this form, You will get a reply in 12 - 24 Hrs. regarding confirmation and the availability of the room of Your choice. Your credit card details will be requested by the Bodrum Hotels Reservation department cn-turkey after Your reservation request is confirmed. You can send Your card information via email, fax or telephone for security reasons.

2 ) Cancellations should be informed at least before 72 Hrs. of arrival date. Any uninformed cancellation will be treated as "No Show" and to avoid this, we often charge the first night rate after your reservation is confirmed.

3 ) For group reservations, please contact us directly via email or fax for special prices.
